Boulder Airport Days

The Boulder Airport isn't a very big operation, but it has a good share of small planes and a decent business of pulling gliders up above the Flatirons for wind-driven rides. Dan regularly takes Sawyer there after school. They hang out in the big fields and watch a landing or take-off. Sawyer loves it. Dan recently learned about Boulder Airport Days and was keen to bring Sawyer to this great local event when tons of WWII era planes are on display. Sawyer got to see tons of different kinds of planes including a bi-plane and a rescue helicopter. He loved it. Here are some pics from their day!
