Sinterklaas

We put our klopen out and low and behold... Sinterklaas paid us a visit (and no coal!).
It is a dark but well worth the listen!

Thanksgiving awesomeness

We spent a fantastic few days down in Hueco Tanks, Tx for Thanksgiving with our good friends Vanessa & Matt and Christina & Chris. Dan, Chris, and Vanessa drove down a few days early, got Dan re-certified as a climbing guide, and played on the rocks. Sawyer, Christina, and I and then Matt drove down in time for a long weekend.

Our amazing Thanksgiving dinner- sweet potatoes, baked beans and franks, cranberry chutney, kale salad.... and three perfect pies (ala Matt the pie King).

Cheetah costume still a hit

So Sawbug has decided that the Cheetah costume is still pretty cool. He wore it to the zoo and took a few people by surprise.

Fall snows

We had two major October snow storms. Sawyer was *thrilled* about the prospect of winter being on the way.
