Thomas the Train!

We took Sawyer for a day out with Thomas the Train. It was at the Colorado Train Museum in Golden. He was utterly thrilled the whole day! We met up with our friends Heather, Pat, and their boy Van as well as Jenn and her boy Charlie. Here are the pics!

My folks came out for our anniversary weekend to take care of Sawyer so that Dan and I could take our first-ever trip away together from Sawyer. We had a brilliant weekend of camping, mountain biking, and climbing. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity!

My garden - a synopsis

We had an amazing garden this year: tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, acorn squash, tons of herbs and flowers, and enough basil to make a freezer full of pesto. Sawyer was a great help and loved helping water.
